Bumps in the Road

This past September 11, a foreign entity staged an attack on American soil, and abducted and killed the highest ranking official present. That is what happened when the American embassy in Libya was overrun. It was, by any standard under international law, an attack on American soil. It was also, by that same standard, an act of war. The President of the United States would have been well within his rights to appear before a joint session of Congress, and ask them to declare that a state of war exists between the United States and the country responsible.

Instead, he went to bed as usual that evening.

In exactly four weeks, this nation will get the leadership it deserves, don't you think?

Or don't you?

David, I totally agree. What happened in Libya is a disgrace..The cover up and silence from the administration--deafening. My prayers are with the families of those who were murdered. Let's hope people can get beyond Big Bird to see what's really at stake.
