"Not less we praise in darker days
 The leader of our nation,
And Churchill's name shall win acclaim
 From each new generation.

"For you have power in danger's hour
 Our freedom to defend, Sir!
Though long the fight we know that right
Will triumph in the end, Sir!"

Prayers to those poor, inocent folk across the pond. Faintly reminiscent (on a smaller scale) of events that transpired on our shores a few years ago.

With the key word being "innocent." The terrorists didn't kill a president, or a prime minister, or even soldiers. Just some folks on the tube.

Why.

Agree about the key word being "innocent" I frequently reflect back on the WTC disaster...how many cooks, administratives assistants, line managers, office clerks, cleaners, etc. were simply doing their jobs, earning money for their families and yet perished for...nothing.
