We have more information about mishandling of mail-in ballots from, of all places (gasp!!), Chicago. The ABC affiliate in that fair city brings an investigative report. Would it surprise anyone if there's now a price on that reporter's head? You know what Sean Connery told Kevin Costner in that scene from The Untouchables, right?
